The Salvation Army Nanaimo Recent Hope Centre is seeking a dedicated Shelter Worker to provide compassionate care for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will work at the front desk, monitor access, and help maintain a protected, respectful setting in line with our mission.
You will document daily activities, liaise with case managers, assist with meals, and support programming while upholding confidentiality and safety protocols.
