About the Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Dollarama , you'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of store associates while ensuring that customer service standards , visual merchandising guidelines , and store safety and cleanliness are consistently upheld. You'll take on manager-on-duty responsibilities including overseeing breaks, time and attendance, and store opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader role at Dollarama covers a wide range of daily tasks that keep the store operating efficiently and the team performing at its best. From guiding associates on the floor to managing back-of-house operations, this position is central to the store's overall success.

- Lead and supervise store associates, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout each shift
- Manage store merchandising , including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and address complaints or issues promptly
- Conduct manager-on-duty tasks : overseeing daily breaks, time and attendance tracking




- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company strategy
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards and contribute to their ongoing maintenance
- Perform cash management and handle store opening and closing duties as required
- Participate in inventory processes and support accurate stock management
- Contribute to employee training and take part in performance evaluations

Requirements / Skills
