As a member of the Spriggs Insurance team, you will engage with clients to assess their needs, recommend policies, and ensure service excellence. Your expertise will enhance our commitment to exceptional customer care while handling renewals, new policies, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service ongoing client needs and conduct needs assessments
• Sell recent insurance policies and retain existing clients
• Quote new business through outreach initiatives
• Prepare documentation and process renewals efficiently
• Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance
• Exposure to Epic software preferred
• RIBO License is an asset
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
