Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.The Role Maintain X (part of Autodesk) is hiring a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to own critical foundations of our GTM teams, including:Customer and prospect data within our CRM; Core CRM processes that enable selling across GTM teams (e.G., chance workflows, territory assignment processes); andOur internal GenAI and automation efforts driving efficiency, effectiveness,



and productivity of our GTM teamsThis role also owns the integration of the Maintain X GTM teams into Autodesk GTM systems, processes, and GTM motions, for the core functional areas of the role – a key area of focus for the next 6 to 18 months.The role sits in the broader Maintain X Revenue Strategy and Operations team and leads a small team of data quality analysts, but we expect this role to drive the majority of its impact through others outside of their direct team. Across all functional areas, this role will be working with, influencing, and directing the work of senior stakeholders, front-line managers, and ICs across Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering.
