Join the mission with Power to Change as a Catalytic Staff member in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership across university campuses. Catalytic Staff in the Catalytic Strategy team will engage with students both online and in-person, fostering growth in their faith. You'll coach student leaders, facilitate gatherings, and ensure impactful ministry engagement. Collaborating with strategy directors, you will help students deepen their relationship with Jesus while also involving them in mission-oriented activities. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a healthy team workplace with student leaders
Create opportunities for sharing faith actively
Plan effective ministry strategies and complete administrative tasks
Communicate and build relationships with ministry partners
Participate in national and regional ministry events Requirements:
Deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Solid commitment to evangelism and leadership
Experience in ministry or similar setting
Ability to communicate effectively and build teams
