Groupe Dynamite is seeking an HR Coordinator in Montréal to support HR store operations for the US market. You will manage onboarding, compliance, employee files, and HR projects, partnering with field leadership to support recent store openings and ongoing recruitment.
You will coordinate training, stay compliant with federal, state, and local requirements, and serve as the first point of contact for HR policy questions from store employees and managers.
