You will handle deskside, remote, and service desk requests in English and French, resolving incidents with a focus on security and user satisfaction.

Based at the Toronto Support Centre, this in office role Monday to Thursday with Fridays work-from-home, offering growth in a quick-paced healthcare tech setting.
