ECMM is seeking a Call Attendant for our Booking Team in Dartmouth, NS. This in office, full time role supports occupational health and wellness appointments, interacting with staff and clients to coordinate testing and related services.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties. The position emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer service in a rapid-paced environment.
