The Baron of Beef in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and drive excellent customer experiences. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to manage shifts, coach staff, and deliver a welcoming atmosphere across live music, sports and dining offerings.
Salary ranges £31,000–£36,000 with a bonus scheme; 45 hours per week, in office at a historic Cambridge pub. A Personal Licence or ability to obtain one is required.
