XA Security is seeking an experienced HR & payroll skilled to build our HR function and administer payroll on Digital XA for a large hourly workforce. You will craft policies, an employee handbook, and leave, perks, and compliance frameworks while ensuring accurate biweekly payroll and CRA remittances.
You will also work closely with the platform and operations teams to enhance HR processes, onboarding, and licensing compliance, supporting Alberta security staffing and safety standards.
