Wabi Iron & Steel Corp. is seeking a VP Finance & Controller to oversee full financial functions and lead accounting operations. This pivotal senior leadership role will directly influence budgeting, reporting, and compliance while collaborating with engineering, lenders, and government funding bodies. Your expertise will support the transformative initiatives launched by our Foundry Modernization & Expansion Program.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee accounting functions including payroll and month-end close • Produce financial statements for stakeholders and management • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Support major capital expenditures and government initiatives • Ensure GAAP compliance and enhance internal controls

Requirements: • CPA designation is mandatory • At least 5 years of finance leadership experience • Solid knowledge of cost and capital project accounting • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
