Southern Health‑Santé Sud in Swan Lake is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide person-centered care across acute, transitional, and community settings at Lorne Memorial Hospital.
The role requires current CLPNM registration, valid BLS certification, and a Class 5 driver's license with vehicle liability. Casual, in-person position with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Travel to other regional facilities may be required.
