Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Pharmacist in filling prescriptions and patient inquiries
• Process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software




• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory levels
• Pack and ship prescription orders following protocols
• Support internal and external customer communications

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years experience in pharmacy support or healthcare
• Proficiency in Kroll and Microsoft Office applications
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
