Agilus Work Solutions is seeking an Insolvency Specialist with experience handling bankruptcies, consumer proposals, and collections within Canadian financial institutions. This role involves reviewing insolvency files, analyzing financial statements, preparing Proofs of Claim, applying the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and maximizing recovery prospects on delinquent and written-off accounts.
Hours: 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm (overtime availability required).
