Encore Global is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Niagara Falls, Ontario to support the Event Technology team. You will sell equipment and services for events of all sizes, with a focus on smaller bookings under $5K, perform order entries, and provide billing and follow-up support.
You will maintain CRM accuracy, engage with clients across multiple channels, and coordinate with venue leadership to maximize revenue and deliver World Class Service in a hotel/convention center setting.
