StarIC Inc., a Toronto-based semiconductor design company, seeks a CAD Automation/IT Engineer to advance analog/mixed-signal design through automation, PDK workflows, and device modeling. You will work with Synopsys/Cadence environments to improve layout and verification flows and support tape-outs for cutting-edge IC projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering and 2–5 years in CAD automation, with exposure to 7nm–3nm tech nodes and multiple foundries.
