The role focuses on enhancing ERP systems (NetSuite, Maxio, Workday HCM) and maintaining audit-compliant processes while supporting end users across platforms. The SA will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and ensure accurate implementation with Jira/Agile project management. Hybrid work from Ottawa, CAD 110k–140k, with growth opportunities.
