As a hands-on leader, you will report directly to the Managing Partner, overseeing all accounting operations for Canada Gold. Bring your 7+ years of experience to improve financial processes, develop the team, and provide insightful financial analyses that support business growth and maintain effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial close processes, reconciliations, and statement reviews
• Oversee accurate financial and management reporting
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls




• Oversee payroll function ensuring compliance and accuracy

Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Completed Chartered Qualified Accountant (CPA) designation
• Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication skills for financial translation
