As a Parts Technician at Bobcat of the Peace, you’ll provide critical support and service to our customers and internal teams. Seniority and knowledge in parts from brands like Bobcat and Develon are preferred. You will be responsible for ensuring productive parts inquiries, processing purchases, and managing inventory levels to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with parts inquiries in various formats
• Process customer purchases following Rentco procedures




• Supply service technicians with requested parts promptly
• Verify shipment accuracy against documents received
• Report stock levels and follow up on shortages

Requirements:
• Journeyman/Journeyperson Parts Technician or equivalent experience
• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
