Supervise PSWs and RPNs for effective teamwork
Monitor performance and conduct evaluations
Administer medications and document care efficiently
Engage meaningfully with residents throughout shifts Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse certificate from Ontario
Basic CPR certification
Experience in long-term care preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
