Chartwell is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to support residents at Chartwell Regency Retirement Residence in Mississauga. You will provide nursing care, monitor health, administer medications, and help families feel informed and supported.
You will lead care staff, engage with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality improvement, care conferences, and resident-centered initiatives. Adaptable schedule are required, with a focus on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
