Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a hands-on NPI Production Supervisor to lead the introduction and launch of current products in our Canadian manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production and Accounts to ensure safe, efficient transitions from development to full-scale production. You will oversee daily NPI activities, manage resources, support readiness, and drive Lean initiatives while maintaining safety, quality and on-time delivery.
