The analyst will coordinate HR software initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across Talent Management and LMS platforms. You will leverage expertise in data analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and analyze data for management reports
• Utilize automated data mining for information evaluation
• Manage data analytics and respond to stakeholder queries




• Document detailed user requirements and processes
• Collaborate across departments on HR technology systems
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
• Five years of experience in HRIS or IT analysis
• Proficiency in creating business process analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Docebo or Saba TalentSpace is an asset
