The successfulperson will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the Heavy Equipment aftermarket partsindustry and in Mulcher equipment industryOrder Desk / Sales Responsibilities:Delivering a high level of customer service.Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous andefficient mannerSell a diversified line of products via phone, email and over-the-counterProcessing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt deliveryUtilizing the computer system to look up the correct partsEnsuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient mannerEffectively communicating product features, advantages and warranty policy information to customersExecuting the store's business plan as per company guidelinesDemonstrate a positive, helpful attitudeWork effectively as part of the teamAdhering to company policies and proceduresSupport the sales team through up selling, service, pricing,



delivery and inventory inquiriesMaintain a well-rounded knowledge of products soldPromote Company Private Branded productsRequirementsExperience in the Construction Equipment aftermarket parts industry, specifically excavators, dozers and skid steers(min 3 year)Experience in the Mulcher industry ( min 2 yrs)Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales resultsExcellent verbal, written and effective listening skillsExperience working under pressure and setting prioritiesPerfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).French speaking would be an asset as we are nation wideWage based on experienceJob Type: Full-time, Permanent - 40 hrs per weekCompany paid health and dental benefitsOther ResponsibilitiesMay be ask from time to time to arrange Transport with shipping companies as per Approved Carrier ListWe thank all applicants for showing an interest in this position.
