Step into a critical role at Sotera Health as an Operator, monitoring sterilization processes in a safety-first workplace. Oversee essential equipment and ensure product safety within our global facilities. As an Operator reporting to the Process Supervisor, you’ll monitor system dynamics, ensuring sterilization operations run smoothly and safely. This role requires observing pressure, temperature, and humidity, as well as maintaining equipment efficiency. You will document process readings, report any issues, and perform preventative maintenance tasks alongside the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system parameters including pressure and temperature
Adjust controls for optimal equipment operation




Document and record critical process readings
Participate in daily equipment maintenance and repairs
Assist with chemical handling and safety compliance Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Six months to one year in a sterilization setting
Forklift driving experience needed
Solid English communication skills
