Timbercreek Financial Corp. seeks an Associate, Investments (Debt) to support the Canadian platform across the full investment cycle—from deal sizing and structuring to closing and ongoing asset management. The role blends real estate, finance, and analytics in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate or structured finance, strong modeling skills, and familiarity with CRE markets; bilingual French/English is a plus. Hybrid work model.
