We seek a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to ensure optimal maintenance of plumbing systems, including Aquarium and Waterpark plumbing. The role entails reading blueprints, performing service requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You'll oversee installations and repairs, while also possibly coordinating work for apprentice plumbers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and specifications for plumbing layout
• Perform preventive maintenance on all plumbing systems
• Maintain compliance with building codes and safety guidelines
• Supervise and coordinate activities of apprentice plumbers
• Respond to service requests from mall tenants
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson Plumber Certification
• Minimum three years in Commercial or Industrial Plumbing
