As a Superintendent, oversee multiple active sites and ensure safety, quality, and solid team collaboration.In this significant role, you will utilize over 10 years of experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing. Your leadership as Superintendent or Foreman ensures skilled direction for crews and foremen while maintaining safety standards. You will also be instrumental in quality checks and troubleshooting in office issues, partnering closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track.Key Responsibilities:
Direct foremen and crews, assigning daily tasks
Own safety through inspections and incident investigations
Collaborate with Project Manager on schedule and manpower




Inspect work against specifications and reject non-compliant work
Coordinate logistics with general contractors and other tradesRequirements:
10+ years in commercial roofing and waterproofing
5+ years as Superintendent or Foreman
Valid Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications
Solid capability in reading technical drawings
