This temporary position runs from October 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree or Diploma in Education of Visually Impaired. You will be instrumental in collaborating with teachers, providing consultation on curriculum adaptations, and delivering specialized instruction in visual skills and braille for students with visual impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide progress data and documentation for audits




• Support teachers in understanding students’ needs
• Supply low vision aids and instruction on their use
• Collaborate with educational staff and outside agencies
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or Diploma in Education of Visually Impaired
• Valid BC Driver’s License is essential
• Experience in developing IEPs required
