The City of Greater Sudbury is seeking individuals for contract part-time positions at various outdoor rinks and the Ramsay Lake Skate Path. This role involves ensuring facilities are ready for public use, compliance with rules, and assisting program staff. Ideal candidates will also maintain safety records and manage equipment in a friendly outdoor workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain rinks for programs
• Ensure compliance with facility rules
• Support program staff in service delivery
• Maintain records of incidents and participation
• Manage materials and equipment effectively
Requirements:
• Secondary School completion required
• CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous
• Up to six months of relevant experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures and recreational activities
• Ability to work independently and in diverse settings
