Nanny & Personal Assistant (Live-Out) Location: West Kelowna (near bridge)

About Us

We are a welcoming and busy household in West Kelowna looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny/personal assistant to join us long-term. We had a baby girl in late November 2025, and are hoping to have support to help manage our home and assist with business-related tasks. Our household also includes friendly pets who are part of the family (a dog and a cat).

CA$27.00–CA$29.00 hourly

Full-time

Key Responsibilities
General home organization
Meal planning and preparation (healthy, family-style meals)
Grocery shopping and running errands
Laundry and housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, closet organization, etc.)
Supporting business-related administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, organizing documents, notetaking, screening calls)
Travel to and from Kamloops to support newborn care while in meetings
Assist with newborn care (feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, etc.)




Feed, walk, and care for our dog and cat

Qualifications
Experience as a nanny, personal assistant, or in a household support role (experience with babies preferred but not required)
Comfortable with pets and able to provide their daily care
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a criminal record check and caregiver screening
Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
