The Royal Conservatory of Music is expanding its sales team and seeks a proactive Business Development Representative. In this role, you will focus on lead generation for RCM's Learning Systems, including the Certificate Program and Smart Start education tools. Your contributions will have a lasting impact on music education by connecting with music teachers, studios, and schools for potential partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media
• Qualify leads for follow-up by the sales team




• Schedule meetings and facilitate seamless handoffs to Account Executives
• Assist with campaign execution and follow-ups
• Participate in team meetings and report performance metrics
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in inbound/outbound sales
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work independently in a target-oriented workplace
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
