As a Host at Fit4Less, you will engage with customers warmly while ensuring the gym meets cleanliness standards. Your key role involves completing daily cleaning tasks, providing assistance with membership inquiries, and promoting Fit4Less amenities. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain gym cleanliness standards
• Provide friendly customer interaction on the workout floor
• Educate members on automated options and processes




• Address customer service concerns and report issues
• Promote memberships, including black card amenities
Requirements:
• High School diploma or progress toward completion
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid/AED Certification
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
