Your Role

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for the full estimation process, from initial project analysis to final bid submission. You will play a strategic role in supporting profitability and securing recent projects.

Your Main Responsibilities
Analyze plans, specifications, and tender documents (public and private)
Prepare detailed cost estimates and complete bid submissions
Participate in design-build projects
Perform bid comparisons and cost analyses
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness of bids
Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation strategies
