As a permanent full time Laboratory Assistant Float, you'll utilize your phlebotomy skills to obtain high-quality samples, assist in patient testing, and enter data accurately. Your work contributes to optimal quality metrics and customer service, key to Dynacare’s mission. Exciting locations include Ottawa, Winchester, and Rockland, with day shifts from Monday to Friday and half days on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities:
Obtain quality blood samples with effective phlebotomy techniques
Accurately enter patient and test information for requisitions




Sort specimens and perform ECGs and other test collections
Ensure compliance with SOPs for sample handling
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient records Requirements:
Completed Secondary School and Lab Assistant training program
Proven skills in phlebotomy and patient management
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written English
Ability to work in a deadline-oriented workplace
