Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer of custom conveyor systems, is establishing a Finance and Human Resources Leader position. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Additionally, support HR functions while partnering with leadership to drive organizational excellence and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow oversight • Monitor job costing, project margins,



and profitability • Enhance financial processes and establish key performance indicators • Oversee HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations • Strengthen financial and HR systems with technology solutions

Requirements: • 7+ years in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and gross margin analysis • Previous HR leadership experience is beneficial • Proven track record in financial planning and reporting • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
