Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead ARC Restaurant and Lounge and support In Room Dining, reporting to the General Manager of ARC.

You will drive cocktail programming, wine knowledge, and revenue generation while delivering exceptional luxury service and coaching a high-performing team.

This role requires robust leadership, collaboration with culinary leadership, and a passion for guest experience within a luxury hotel workplace.
