Lead customer retention at Datmos as a hybrid Product Owner for CRM. Manage backlog based on growth strategies

Collaborate with tech leads on CRM implementationRequirements:
6+ years in Product Ownership and CRM Strategy
3+ years in agency settings
Advanced knowledge in relevant Martech tools
Ability to analyze data for effective strategies
Bilingual in English and French
