As a casual Terminal Service Attendant in McLoughlin Bay, you will work under the Terminal Operations Supervisor. Your role includes maintaining terminal cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth passenger and vehicle flow. Excellent communication is required as you interact with customers and manage operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean terminal buildings and maintain outdoor spaces
• Provide information on fares, schedules, and procedures
• Assist with vehicle and foot traffic management
• Inspect and maintain terminal facilities and equipment
• Participate in safety drills and secure terminals
Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Class 5 or 7N Driver’s License with clean record
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Open to assisting diverse customer needs
