The role focuses on crucial winter maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties remain secure and accessible during icy conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Complete snow and ice removal logs using Site Foto’s app
Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
Handle additional duties as assigned Requirements:
Available Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory holidays
Minimum one year of general labor experience
Technologically savvy and independent worker
Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
