Support IT resource group with contract lifecycle management
Provide pragmatic legal advice on technology-related matters
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements




Advise on emerging technology risks, including AI privacy concerns
Research regulatory issues to guide decision-makingRequirements:
Minimum four years post-call legal experience
Solid knowledge of software licensing and cloud agreements
