- Answer questions related to AI models within Workday RecruitSenior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent - Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting




- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configurations
- 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting
- 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira
- Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models
- Comfortable demoing Workday product capabilitiesSenior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Workday Pro Certification
- Experience supporting documentation cadence with BSA
