EMCO offers a Management Trainee program that rotates through four integral phases across warehousing, customer service, procurement, account management, and leadership. Trainees own projects, manage key accounts, and learn from leaders nationwide, with a pathway to run a Profit Centre Manager location.

The program starts with Phase 1 in Warehouse and Customer Service, followed by Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4, culminating in leadership and operational responsibilities.
