TheStaffed is seeking an experienced Lending Compliance Manager to oversee consumer lending compliance across origination and servicing. You will conduct control reviews, monitor regulatory adherence, and support the organization’s compliance risk management program.

You will lead reviews of underwriting, pricing, disclosures, and process controls; perform root-cause analysis on issues; and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective remediation.
