You will troubleshoot maintenance issues, support refining and sweeps, and manage metal balance across refining processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 3–4 years in chemical manufacturing, robust communication, safety training, and the ability to work on a shop floor and meet deadlines.
