TIFF is hiring a Supervisor for Box Office & Call Centre to oversee staff, ensure shift duties are completed, and deliver high-quality customer service. The role includes answering calls, chats, and emails, plus supporting Ticket Agents with troubleshooting and cash handling.

Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing & Customer Relations, the position requires experience in ticketing, cash handling, and exceptional communication. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.
