Xplore Inc. is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from home in Canada. You will support customers with account, billing and technical questions, process service orders, and maintain accurate databases.

A dedicated home office and a adaptable schedule between 7:00am - 11:00pm Atlantic time are required. Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, customer-focused, reliable, and able to learn quickly through our training program.
