Arclin is seeking a Product Development Chemist for our Moncure, NC site. The role focuses on designing and executing chemistry-based resin product development aligned with company strategy.

Reporting to the Product Development and Applications Manager, you will support R&D;, production, and sales with technical expertise. You will work in a hands-on lab, formulate resins, analyze results, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding safety policies.
