Anodyne Chemistries Inc. is seeking a Pilot Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its newly commissioned Delta pilot plant. The role balances R&D;, engineering, and production priorities while ensuring safety and data integrity.

You will oversee startups and campaigns, hire and train operators, coordinate maintenance and upgrades, and drive documentation and SOPs. This is a hands-on leadership position in a rapid-paced, scale-up workplace.
