A varied role, at the heart of growth Working closely with management, the legal team, and business units, you will be involved in a wide variety of legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting growth projects, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance.



You will also provide legal advice to internal teams on day-to-day matters and collaborate with external legal advisors. The ideal candidate As a member of the Quebec Bar, you have two to five years of experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law.
